Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am an in-network approved provider with Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield. Although I do not participate with any other insurance companies, I will provide you with the necessary documentation that your insurance company requires to reimburse you for my services. I can also provide you with a yearly statement to be used for your income taxes or medical savings account.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment is made at the time of service either by check or cash.

Cancellation Policy
I will reserve a regular appointment time for you into the foreseeable future. I also do this for my other clients. Therefore, I am rarely able to fill a cancelled session unless I have several weeks' notice. I will ask you to let me know of a session cancellation with at least one week's notice, for other than the most serious reasons.
